A&E iPad Apps, FotoMagico 4.1, BlackBerry 10 Handset Teased

A&E, History Channel and Lifetime Apps Arrive for iPad

Basic cable television lovers, get thee to your iPads! A&E Television Networks have just served up three iPad-only apps for the same number of its cable channels, complete with full episodes and clips for viewing on the go and the ability to create a customized Watchlist of your favorite shows. The apps are free,the earliest teaser photos of the Clip Mp3 players have been of an all-white kid's size shoe that still featured the LBJ23 logo but Comcast subscribers can log in and gain access to even more content. Additional cable providers are promised soon, along with AirPlay support for beaming it all back to your Apple TV. FotoMagico 4.1 Adds Slideshow Management Features

Boinx Software announced the availability of FotoMagico 4.1, an update to its $99.99 slideshow creation software for Mac. The update brings some welcome new features to FotoMagico, including media markers to manage slideshow content and display a small green badge when duplicate media is inserted into a document. The app now allows direct sharing to Vimeo and finally supports the Apple ProRes video codec (when installed) for easy integration with editing software such as Final Cut Pro X. FotoMagico 4.1 is a free update for existing users, available via the Mac App Store or the Boinx website.

Google and Dropbox pushed out updates to their respective iOS apps late last week. RIM Teases First Image of BlackBerry 10 Handset

Say, is that a BlackBerry 10 handset in your pocket or are you just happy to see us?
